The purpose of the workshop is to provide decision-makers and community members with an awareness of the benefits of “Complete Street” design from an economic, health and environmental perspective. Workshop participants will evaluate the current walking, cycling, transit and carpooling opportunities in their community and Sustainable Alberta Association will provide models of sustainable transportation design from municipalities with similar demographics and climates. |
