AUMA and AMSC operate through a set of Standing Committees and Task Forces reporting to the Boards of Directors. The Standing Committees & Task Forces are established through AUMA and AMSC policies and are relied upon to investigate issues and make recommendations to the Board of Directors. The Boards appoint Elected Officials and Administrators to the Standing Committees. To ensure recommendations to the Boards of Directors, and in-turn to our Membership, AUMA and AMSC are searching for individuals with "specific" backgrounds and qualifications that would match their activities.
