Accomodations

For those who require overnight accommodation, the Delta Calgary South is offering conference delegates a special rate of $144.00 + tax per night. Reservations at this rate are limited and should be made as soon as possible. Visit their website to book your rooms. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations submitted via email to registration@auma.ca prior to 4 pm MST on April 17, 2018 be eligible for a full refund, minus a $10 administrative fee. 

All cancellations submitted via email to registration@auma.ca between April 17, 2018 and prior to 4 pm MST April 24, 2018 will be eligible for a 50% refund. 

Any cancellations made after April 24, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.
